Description: Job Responsibilities:

Undertake an IT Healtcheck to assess the current state of the client service delivery organisation, the primary systems/network technical architectures, with a specific focus on Major IT projects.

The ITIL framework, industry best-practice, and the client Strategic Plan will be used as our benchmarks. Deliverables from this assessment will include:

• Documented current state of your IT service delivery capability.

• Identified IT capability gaps/issues/risks in relation to the requirements for the future-state IT service as detailed in the client Strategic Plan.

• A transition / remediation plan to achieve the future-state IT capabilities for the infrastructure services.
